The HEIC to JPEG converter uses the following open-source software. The versioned source downloads and license texts below accompany the libraries served by this tool.
HEIC decoding · heic-to 1.6.6
We use the unmodified JavaScript decoder build from heic-to 1.6.6 by Hopper Gee. The decoder includes libheif 1.23.6 and libde265 1.0.16. heic-to is distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License, version 3 or later. The LGPL incorporates the terms of the GNU General Public License, version 3, with additional permissions.
The compiled decoder is served separately as vendor/libheif-1.23.6.js. Bell River's browser interface and worker code call the decoder without modifying its library source.
